I'm glad you like it! It came out of reading this post on Skeleton Code Machine where they discuss the use of rondels in different board games. I got to thinking about how it might work in a TTRPG. I don't think I made a TTRPG, but rather a tabletop war game, but I still think it's cool.
If you are looking for better examples than I could cram onto this page, I have plans to record a video of me playing the game at some point (hopefully soon). When I do, I’ll post a devlog that will notify anyone that’s downloaded the game.
I’ve clarified some points discussing with comrades here and there. Btw, your game is brilliant and I wish it will attract a lot of deserved attention.
How do you feel about people hacking it? Are you thinking of pushing it some advertisement wise? Maybe throw a jam?
I love the idea of people using the rondel idea for their own creations. I’ve already heard from someone who is looking at adapting it for spaceships in some way. As far as promotion, I’m probably going to take some time to expand this into a full game (either a zine or a book). That will take time, and for now this is going to be free. Maybe next year. I’ve got a lot on the docket already.
For a solo game, this one is (strangely) a crowd-pleaser. My dad, my niece, and myself have really enjoyed playing. Stellar work from Mr. Hall, as always.

Rondel mechanic is top tier gold! I would love to know more about how you developed it!

Looks great! Love the rondel mechanic.
Randomlessness is my jam. Can anyone point me to a placce where I could learn about this rondel heating / venting mechanism please?

Not often does a game inspire me to immediately show it off to the nearest person. This one did, bravo!
