Captain & Crew

A solo ruleset built for Pirate Borg.

Includes:

• The OAR, a simple gameplay loop for story-forward solo play.
• Rules for Abbreviated Combat so you can breeze through encounters to keep your story moving.
• Rules for acquiring and utilizing Crewmates.
• The Pirate's Code, a set of oracle tables
• Hoist the Colors, a dice drop adventure generator.
• Seen at Sea and Encounters to Die For, additional tables to add random encounters to your maritime exploration of the dark Caribbean. 

Written for the Pirate Borg Cabin Fever Jam in May 2024.

This ruleset was heavily influenced by:

• Thousand Empty Light by Alfred Valley
